The Commodore, reimagined as a listening room.

We're preparing to transform The Commodore into a world-class, high-fidelity music venue and supper club in Cathedral Hill. This initial founders campaign helps fund design work, HVAC planning, and core upgrades for the main ballroom.

How pledges work

This page is an expression-of-interest site, not a live securities or ticket sales offering. When you make a pledge, we record your name, email, amount, and desired perk tier in Firestore.

As the project progresses and we finalize construction budget and timelines, our team will contact you with formal options to complete your contribution via Stripe or in-person payment, and to lock in your specific perk details and dates.

Pledges are non-binding, but please only submit one if you are genuinely interested in supporting the transformation of The Commodore. We will never share your information outside the project team.
